Dr. Christiane Neubaur is a pharmacist who studied pharmacy at Kiel University (Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel).

From 1988 to 2010 she ran her own pharmacy, with a focus on marketing and quality management. After selling it, she worked as a locum pharmacist and, since 2012, as a freelance speaker on phytopharmaceuticals for companies such as Bionorica and Bayer, focusing on training, webinars and lectures on herbal medicines. In 2016 she earned her doctorate cum laude at the University of Duisburg-Essen on placebo and nocebo effects.

Since June 2021 she has been Managing Director of the Association of Cannabis-Dispensing Pharmacies (VCA e.V.), which represents the interests of pharmacies in the supply of medical cannabis. Since 2022 she has hosted the podcast „Das VCA Hanf Gespräch“ and, since 2024, „ArztCann – Fallbeispiele von Arzt zu Arzt“.

In June 2024 she published the non-fiction book „Cannabis – Heilkraft der Natur“ with Dr. Thomas Vaterrodt. She is a member of 420Pharma's Circle of Experts.
